NOTE:
Prospective Player, Athletic Participation and Release forms must be completed and notarized ahead of turn-in day. Notaries will NOT be available at form turn-in day. If any paperwork is missing or incomplete, prospective players will not be allowed to try out.

Ballard Field Hockey *Three-Day Tryouts:
July 20-22, 2026
5:30-8 p.m. each day - all at Ballard's Chilton Field

*Prospective players are expected at all three tryout days.
Mandatory practices begin the next day, July 23, 2026 and continue through the start of school.
JV: 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Freshman: 5:30-7:30 p.m.; Varsity: 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Parent Information and Dues Payment Meeting:
