Ballard has an esteemed program with a robust system of coaches, players, and families. Conditioning takes place throughout the summer. See our calendar to stay in touch or follow our social media channels for details as they become available. Open field for all teams is July 13 & 14, 2023, 5-7 p.m.
Ballard Field Hockey *Three-Day Tryouts:
July 13-14, 2023
5-7 p.m.each day - all at Ballard's Chilton Field
*Prospective players are expected at all three tryout days.
Mandatory practices begin the next day, July 20, 2023 (Time TBA) and continue through the start of school.
JV: 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Freshman: 5:30-7:30 p.m.; Varsity: 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Parent Information and Dues Payment Meeting:
Thurs., July 20, 2023
Returning Players – 5:30 p.m.
New Players – 6:30 p.m.
NOTE:
Prospective Player, Athletic Participation and Release forms
must be completed and notarized ahead of turn-in day, which is June 21, 3-5 p.m.
Notaries will NOT be available at form turn-in day.
If any paperwork is missing or incomplete, prospective players will not be allowed to try out.
